New Album: In the Flow
This album is a gift born from a year of immersion into Peruvian earth-based spirituality and culture, guided by the wisdom of Puma Fredy Quispe Singona and his beloved family. Through the sacred traditions of the Mesa, I’ve learned to weave together the healing powers of Mother Earth, cosmic light, animal spirits and plant spirits. This music is an invitation to return to the soul—to heal the heart, lift the spirit, and anchor the vibrant joy of existence into every breath.
The title track, "In the Flow," reflects my deepest desire to choose a life of celebrating the little miracles at every moment. To cherish the magical synchronicities provided by my guides to lead me into my soul’s purpose. To acknowledge the moments of bliss that step me closer into connection with pure source energy.
When you listen to this album, you are joining me in that flow. It is an invitation to heal the heart, lift the spirit, and anchor the vibrant joy of existence into every moment. Whether sitting at the piano in a moment of release or walking through the giants of the forest, these songs are reminders that we are always at choice, and we are always being carried back to the light.
Every element of this album has been a gift from the divine and was led through sacred receiving and practice. When it came to the last choice of how to put these songs together into a flow, I was drawn to the power of numerology and the sacred unfolding of each step of our path. This album reflects my year of diving deep into the process of becoming and acknowledging the words of my mother to “keep your sunny side up” and the wisdom shared by Puma that “Today is the best day ever”.

Join me and Eileen Hazel for an afternoon sing in a beautiful solarium within a private home.
Activate and liberate your voice: We are all born singers. All levels of singing are welcome. The songs are taught by ear in easy to learn phrases. No vocal training is needed. No prior experience is needed. We bring joy together as our voices blend in sweet, uplifting melodies and rich harmonies. These vibrations will enrich our souls and brighten our spirits.
