As we move through our lives, emotions and memories create imprints in our energetic field. When we face rough moments in our lives, the emotional body often stores an imprint of these experiences on our energetic body. Like water moving over a rock and molding it into a smooth stone, we can slowly soften these energetic imprints and surrender the residual pain of these processes. Then we can work to understand these emotional memories and reframe them as gifts and insights on our life path. All of our ‘hardships’ are here to be our teacher and to help us grow into stronger, more sovereign beings. My work is to help you fully relax into your physical body and bring you into a state of deep alignment so that you can tune into your body’s natural healing processes and your soul’s inner messages. During our session, I will often receive intuitive guidance and messages from your guides and ancestors to help bring you more clarity.
Reiki
Reiki is a healing technique that helps to calm the body and soul.
It is a gentle energy that passes through my hands, as the practitioner, and guides your soul into a deep meditative and relaxing state. It can feel like waves of energy gently pulsating through your body allowing it the opportunity to re-set and awaken to its natural healing process. I use both Usui Reiki initiated by the Japanese guide Mikao Usui and the Kundalini Reiki by Master Kuthumi.
Sound alchemy
Sound vibrations have the ability to awaken life and harmonize the soul. Each wave of sound pulsates at a different frequency and activates different parts of the body. Using both my voice and specially chosen instruments, the gentle resonances will move gently through your body to encourage a deeper release into the present moment.
Chakra alignment
Chakras are energy systems in the body that help us connect to the world around us. When a chakra gets blocked by trauma or emotional wounds, it can prevent or inhibit our natural intuitive guidance. Through intention and healing, the chakras can be reminded of their natural flow and lead us to a better connection with our higher selves and our guides.

Join me and Eileen Hazel for an afternoon sing in a beautiful solarium within a private home.
Activate and liberate your voice: We are all born singers. All levels of singing are welcome. The songs are taught by ear in easy to learn phrases. No vocal training is needed. No prior experience is needed. We bring joy together as our voices blend in sweet, uplifting melodies and rich harmonies. These vibrations will enrich our souls and brighten our spirits.

Have you always wanted to receive songs? Do you have song ideas but not sure how to manifest them? Are you looking for inspiration for medicine music? Spend this day working with song leaders Lilianna Parker and Eileen Hazel, and supportive community receiving together, and let your heart channel open to receive your song! We will spend time singing together, improvising, creating ceremony, meditating, journaling, sharing our songs, and sharing food! Marin Subud Center is close to nature and we will spend some time outside as well, weather allowing.

This album is a gift born from a year of immersion into Peruvian earth-based spirituality and culture, guided by the wisdom of Puma Fredy Quispe Singona and his beloved family. Through the sacred traditions of the Mesa, I’ve learned to weave together the healing powers of Mother Earth, cosmic light, animal spirits and plant spirits. This music is an invitation to return to the soul—to heal the heart, lift the spirit, and anchor the vibrant joy of existence into every breath.
The title track, "In the Flow," reflects my deepest desire to choose a life of celebrating the little miracles at every moment. To cherish the magical synchronicities provided by my guides to lead me into my soul’s purpose. To acknowledge the moments of bliss that step me closer into connection with pure source energy.
When you listen to this album, you are joining me in that flow. It is an invitation to heal the heart, lift the spirit, and anchor the vibrant joy of existence into every moment. Whether sitting at the piano in a moment of release or walking through the giants of the forest, these songs are reminders that we are always at choice, and we are always being carried back to the light.
Every element of this album has been a gift from the divine and was led through sacred receiving and practice. When it came to the last choice of how to put these songs together into a flow, I was drawn to the power of numerology and the sacred unfolding of each step of our path. This album reflects my year of diving deep into the process of becoming and acknowledging the words of my mother to “keep your sunny side up” and the wisdom shared by Puma that “Today is the best day ever”.
