This album is a gift born from a year of immersion into Peruvian earth-based spirituality and culture, guided by the wisdom of Puma Fredy Quispe Singona and his beloved family. Through the sacred traditions of the Mesa, I’ve learned to weave together the healing powers of Mother Earth, cosmic light, animal spirits and plant spirits. This music is an invitation to return to the soul—to heal the heart, lift the spirit, and anchor the vibrant joy of existence into every breath.

The title track, "In the Flow," reflects my deepest desire to choose a life of celebrating the little miracles at every moment. To cherish the magical synchronicities provided by my guides to lead me into my soul’s purpose. To acknowledge the moments of bliss that step me closer into connection with pure source energy.

Every element of this album has been a gift from the divine and was led through sacred receiving and practice. When it came to the last choice of how to put these songs together into a flow, I was drawn to the power of numerology and the sacred unfolding of each step of our path. This album reflects my year of diving deep into the process of becoming and acknowledging the words of my mother to “keep your sunny side up” and the wisdom shared by Puma that “Today is the best day ever”.
